Building materials

• solid wood timbers: minimum cross section of 24 square inches, reclaimed, will consider ANY condition, no creosote or any other wood preservatives
• glu-lams: older & any size, reclaimed, usable condition
• cedar or redwood: any size considered, reclaimed
• tongue & groove, shiplap or channel groove: 1x4,6,8 or 2x4,6,8...new is ok, prefer reclaimed
• rough cut or planed lumber: 2x4,6,8,10,12, reclaimed & straight
• trusses: flat pratt, bowstring or hammer-beam, reclaimed
• windows: patio inserts & solid wood framed, double pane, reclaimed or new
• glass doors: solid wood framed, reclaimed or new
• plywood: 4x8x½-3/4”, prefer exterior grade (no OSB or particle bd), reclaimed
• skylights: reclaimed & quality
• countertop: copper or stainless steel, reclaimed
• sink: copper, reclaimed
• water tanks: stainless steel, copper, galvanized or high density polyethylene (HDPE #2) in 200-10,000 gallon range (new is ok, prefer reclaimed)
• EPDM roofing: 60 or 90 mil, new
• metal roofing: galvanized corrugated, new or reclaimed, some rust is fine
• solar powered DC direct pump & PV panels
• outside lights: barn type, used & rusted is preferable

Tools

• portable concrete mixer: electric preferred, gasoline considered (new or used)
• miter saw: 12" sliding compound preferred (new or used & exc cond)
• jig saw: 5+ amp
• cordless framing nailer: Paslode or Hitachi (new)
• welder: flux core wire feed
• large air compressor: gas or electric (used & in exc cond fine)
• sand blaster (new or used & in exc cond)
• chainsaw: 85-120cc Stihl, Husqvarna, Jonsered or Dolmar (new or used & in exc cond)

Services (southern Idaho)

• plumber interested in working with graywater systems
• sheet metal bending for countertops

Miscellaneous

• yurt: used in good condition or in need of minor repair
• wall tent: used in good condition or in need of minor repair (144 square feet minimum)
• motorhome: class A or C , any year. Need not run great as long as it can be driven to southern Idaho. Exterior condition unimportant but interior must be clean, functionable and livable.
• school bus: converted & preferably with wood stove. Need not run great as long as it can be driven to southern Idaho. Exterior condition unimportant but interior must be clean, functionable and livable.
• bee keeping equipment: suit, hives, etc
• pickup: 70's model 3/4 ton small block Chevy 4x4 pickup in good running order
• tractor w/ loader: skidsteer or conventional with 3-point hitch
